Design

From electro-mechanical designs the hydraulic system motion control is detail designed, including a hydraulic circuit with associated component selection. The design is completed by recommending components manufacturers, and system builders with associated costs.

Current System Investigations

Control problems are not always straight forward to unravel. An independent review to problem solving of existing hydraulic installations is provided.

Equipment Inspections

Supporting clients in the provision of hydraulic technical support with respect to existing operating equipment, with a view to making recommendations of how to extend or maintain the installed equipment, minimise breakdowns, and extend equipment life & reliability.

Control Modifications

Existing equipment may require the control to be modified from electro-mechanical to electro-hydraulic, from an existing installation we provide the client with a range of suitable options to extend the operational life of the equipment in the most cost effective method of change.

Witness Test & Inspection

Ensuring the quality and workmanship of hydraulic equipment meets the performance requirements & industry best practice. As installed or at the manufacturer's premises prior to shipment, ensure operational requirements to the client's specification are met.

Project Management

With the interfaces and co-ordination associated with the need to control moving structures including structural engineering, mechanical engineering, control electrical engineering, electrical power supply engineering, hydraulic engineering, & civil engineering, combined with the manufacturing of these elements and their interfaces including the installation of the various equipment, we can provide experience & understanding of the varied disciplines in the achievement of a scheduled program demand.
